The presentation "The Entrance of Foreigner Investment to Finance Health Service Supply and the Market in Brazil" discussed the legislation of the area and presented a study undertaken in Brazil that addressed questions to 25 leaderships in the health area. Through the opinion from important personalities in the health segment, this study aimed at clarifying which are the market impacts brought by the Law 13.097, which is the possible interest and behavior behind international investors, Brazilian health institutions and the advantages and disadvantages to the care performance. The overall opinion was favorable to the entrance of foreigner investment to finance health service supply in Brazil.
