The lecture "Architectonic Safety" presented the matter of hospital safety beyond the medical approach, considering patient's safety as the coordinated efforts to avoid damages caused by health procedures that the patients undergo. Therefore, with approaches and considerations over the evolution of the environment, safety, quality and the dimension of human comfort, the contemporary healthcare architecture is looking for solutions to make sure patients and professionals are safe.
