The Hospital Unimed Sul Capixaba's case, "The 150 Best Places to Work", showed which strategies were used to keep more than 80% of employees satisfied with their leaders. Among them, there are: improvement in communication; first hiring process first Young Leaders program; succession process with coaching sessions, ongoing training and development, and only then there is the external hiring process. Moreover, there is the Unimed Nurse Management program; the Leader Development program; management for competency model, implemented in 2005 with a map of competencies for all the positions, it is the base to investigate the needs for training, for the hiring process based on competence and the performance evaluation - individual and/or group development plan. Finally, the payment policy is approached with an annual salary research in order to keep an up-to-date and competitive wage table according to the market.
