Summary: Logistic Operation Center in Hospitals Thiago Sakamoto

The lecture "Logistic Operation Center in Hospitals" presented the system of logistic operations developed for the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP. This system is formed by an Operation Center that coordinates the Purchase Sector, the Distribution sector (the latter, located outside the HCFMUSP facilities) and inside distribution, fully synchronized with input purchase and distribution demands.
