In the lecture "Commissioning Buildings and Systems of Buildings - Situation and Expectations", the lecturer presented the definitions of Commissioning, Commissioning of Buildings and Sustainability applied to Construction. He displayed the Project Structure, following ASHARE's orientations, which states that Commissioning is an important phase since the pre-project, and the panorama of the service mentioned in Brazil prior to and after the certification of LEED sustainable constructions. He discussed when the Commissioning should be hired and the issues that may compromise the service.
