The lecture "Mapping Leaders" displayed the "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" structured tools to identify: how I get my energy (Motivation), how I get information (Perception), how I organize information (Judgment), how I plan (Life Style). The types and leaderships are classified according to "behaviors" depending on the type previously determined. Finally, the lecture also presented the "Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0" that is a model for emotional and social behaviors.
