This lecture presented the "Insights Learning & Development" tool, an approach whose steps are: understand myself, understand others and act. This is an approach that take into consideration people, teams and organizations based on Jung typology. It is structured within a system of colors for each insight, resulting in a wheel with eight types that generate, by combinations, 72 types. This tool generates a report that uses friendly and attracting language. The basic module presents: personal style, interaction with other people, decision making, strength and weakness, value for the team, communication, blind spots, opposite type and suggestions for development. It allows individual, group and organization works with varied resources. There is the possibility of using it to measure personal efficiency, to build teams, efficient leaderships and sales team.
