The lecture "The Completeness of Care and Integration in the Health System - Public-Private Relationship" discussed the challenges faced to reach the completeness of the health system. Understanding the issue of completeness under the ethical, legal and accessibility points of view, considering the decentralization in implementing the public system, considering that building regional systems are fundamental to make the completeness of care feasible. The proper qualification of the public authorities to well manage and control in a coherent way the partnerships is another issue considered to be of extreme importance to help solve such complex matter.
