Summary: The Intervention of the Law in the Health System (1) Lenir Santos

The lecture "The Intervention of the Law in the Health System" discussed the reasons why the public appeals to the judicial system. The broaden causes are: low financing, inappropriate education of SUS' professionals, insufficient public management and normative voids. The lecture also presented actions to improve legal appeals and to decrease its number, among which: SUS-focused professional training, technologic innovation, appoint contractual competencies, proper regulation to address the public health.
