Excelling at serving the health client does not happen by chance. It demands from the managers a planning in several fields. A key aspect: to gather a team (this means to choose the right size to fulfill the aimed efficiency and to choose which competencies to develop in the people who are delivering the service). Still, it will be fundamental to align their processes with other independent areas and monitor their results with indicators. The result of this planning will surely be felt both in the performance of the teams and in the quality of the service.
