Reshaping Health - Progress and Perspective 2015 César E. Chanamé Zapata

The presentation "Reshaping Health - Progress and Perspective 2015" discussed Peru's health policy. The country's main political goal is to promote social inclusion and, therefore, a renovation in the health system was proposed to make health coverage universal. It is proposed: broadening the number of people served, improving health services, defending the rights of patients, strengthening collective health, strengthening management and financing. One of the main focuses is the inversion of the infrastructure and hospital equipment, emphasizing the intermediary level, which means, provincial hospitals and strategic health centers.
