The lecture "Tools for Integrated Planning - BIM System" presents how the BIM platform (Building Information Model) was applied in developing the Project for the Hospital Águas Claras de Brasília. It portrayed the experience in developing synchronized processes enabled by the platform, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the impact of time, effort and costs that the modernization of the system applies over a project chain.
