Summary: HR Tools to Map Leaders (2)
Peter L. Harazim
In the lecture "HR Tools to Map Leaders", Peter presented the Hicon model for mapping competencies. The competencies regarding a position and the person's competencies are mapped. When considering the position, the knowledege is mapped by job description and formal demands; habilities and behaviors are mapped with tools. For people's competencies, the knowledge is mapped with straightforward information and tests; abilities are mapped through 360° and assessment; behaviors, with instruments.
