From a reflection over the contemporary scenario of the Brazilian health system, SUS, and the private system, the lecture "The Completeness of Care and Integration in the Health System - Public-Private Relationship" reflected over the amount invested in comparison with other countries. It also shed some light on the amounts addressed regionally in Brazil. It was also discussed how hospitals are structured in Brazil and its values. Finally, some instructions were presented in order to handle the matter, among them: functional integration, financial integration, integration of the physical system and abolishing iniquities.
