The lecture "Integrality and Patient's Safety" presented the Ministry of Health's program regarding their plan to develop a national program of quality. The National Program for Patient's Safety embraces the core for the patient's safety and the patient's safety plan for health services. The lecturer discussed the current legislation and the support material that the Ministry makes available to help the EAS improving the quality of service and to help them adjusting to the patient's safety rules.
