The presentation "The Intervention of the Law in the Health System" reflected the matter of how to make the relationship between citizens/consumers and SUS/health companies more harmonious to reduce legal appeals, considering two systems: public health and supplementary health. Among many possible solutions, there are: RN 343/13 - a mediation tool that aims at the consensual solution of conflicts regarding the provision of healthcare between insurance companies and providers; and the recommendation to the Legal System's institutions: support companies that enable free technical support to the Courthouses, formed by doctors and pharmacists pointed by the State Executive Committees, to help judges in their judgment of value when evaluating the clinical issues presented by both parts, considering the regional uniqueness.
