The hospital hotel of this century has many challenges to work on due to the economic scenario and a change in the population characteristics and lifestyle. Therefore, we must align the need of patients, companions and professionals to this new paradigm. The construction and implementation of a Hospital Hotel Model connected to the Strategic Plan that considers the efficiency in processes, richer professional activities and sustainability has become an important theme regarding the institution positioning in the market. The proposal of nowadays is to have the best quality with sustainability.
