The lecture "Planning HR to Serve: The Workforce Blackout in the Health System" brought Hospital Sírio-Libanês' experiences concerning its strategies to enhance resources aiming at an efficient planning and control of its employees' board, assuring allocation of resources according to its needs. The lecturer also explained how the institution makes use of professionals to give support to non-technical activities and how they put together a reference-team for specialized care. Moreover, Hospital Sírio-Libanês invests in education through intern programs.
