The Art of Leading Generations X, Y and Z - How to retain talent?
Sidnei Oliveira
We currently have five generations coexisting in the market. All seeking their own interests, but the differences that could be complementary end up becoming conflicts between generations. Young leaders are constantly challenged to access the knowledge and experience of traditional leaders and veterans who in turn need to reinvent themselves and train successors. The new realities have challenged today's leaders that envision dozens of possible scenarios for this and the coming years, but nothing seems to bring security. New generations bring part of the answers, but to access them leaders must reassess all "truths" we have learned in recent years.
With a hot market and increasing job opportunities and career, company, HR professionals and leaders can attract talent and transmit the culture and organizational environment with transparency in order to retain them. Learn also how to attract, retain and develop young professionals who come to companies, as well as lead and maximize the results of increasingly younger teams.
