Impact of External Assessment in Brazil (2) Haino Bumester
The importance of using a systemic management model, integrated and coherent, from which as a result will come quality, patient safety, care humanization and other requirements for excellence. Disregarding the good management practices in general and focusing attention on particular demands, the focus shifts from major attention dispersing energies that could / should be focused on proper management. CQH, after 25 years of experience in health management area, advocates the adoption by health organizations in a systemic management model, coherent and integrated as the only way to face the challenges that these organizations have to face in the twenty-first century. Fads that have contributed in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries can no longer meet the challenges of larger organizations, more complex, sophisticated, with multiple specializations and interest groups. Access to information and social networks; knowledge dominated by the customers of these organizations demand faster, accurate and comprehensive answers that only a systemic, coherent and integrated organization can provide.
