The challenges in recent years in relation to hospital infrastructure, immersed on the mandate of quality management of health services, seeking the satisfaction of internal users (multidisciplinary management team, helpful, support and administrative staff) and external users (patients first, family and general users), with innovation areas, considering the environmental management, communications management, security in patient care, the demands of users in its passage through the health services are those hospitals high, medium, and low complexity or establishments of primary care, in integrated health services networks, with emphasis on the management of companionship, that gives comfort also to companions.

Undoubtedly, all under the umbrella of strengthening the management of the Humanization of care, of multiculturalism management, to offer integrative medicine to users, providing a service to the end, looking for comfort with a holistic approach, perceiving the person as a physical, mental, spiritual and energetic human being.

Health managers have the task of introducing new paradigms and being willing to accept the design for hospitals that focus on the welfare of consumers, because we are people who serve people.
